We are absolutely delighted to welcome you to our privately owned Swift Bordeaux holiday home, beautifully situated on Haven’s premier Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.As a privately cared-for retreat, our caravan is the ultimate home-from-home for your next family staycation. Every detail has been considered to make your stay completely effortless, allowing you to settle in the moment you arrive. One of the biggest highlights of our holiday home is its fantastic location. We are situated just a short, easy stroll away from the main park amenities and entertainment complex. This means you are never more than a few minutes from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, activities, restaurants, and evening entertainment—making it incredibly convenient for families with young children or anyone who wants quick access to all the fun!
About Our Holiday Home

Our home is a Swift Bordeaux, where comfort meets luxury. Designed with family relaxation in mind, our caravan offers a spacious open-plan living area featuring comfortable, freestanding sofas, a flat-screen TV, and large patio doors that flood the space with natural light. Cooking is a pleasure in the high-spec, U-shaped kitchen, which comes fully equipped with a soft-close glass-fronted cooker, an integrated fridge-freezer, and a microwave. Step through the elegant glass patio doors onto the private decking area—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. With full central heating and double glazing, our caravan provides a warm, cosy retreat all year round. And new for 2027, we can now offer or home from February onwards, giving you more time to book that perfect getaway.

About Haven's Devon Cliff Holiday Park
Located in a scenic area known as Sandy Bay, Devon Cliffs sits proudly as one of the biggest parks in the Haven family. There’s acres of fun for all here, and an award-winning beach is just a stone's throw away. An unrivalled range of activities are yours to try, including thrilling Tube Slides, an Aerial Adventure and bouncy Bungee Trampolines. You'll also find fantastic food and drink options here, from crowd-pleasing favourite, Slim Chickens, to South Beach Café with its incredible views and an on-park J D Wetherspoon pub.

Places to go and nearby attractions
Exmouth Beach - Exmouth is one of the oldest and most picturesque seaside towns in Devon. The town is the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and has two miles of sandy beach, which is perfect for water sports and walks. Exmouth is on the South east coast of Devon where the river Exe meets the sea. Close to Exeter, this vibrant town offers plenty of walking and cycling routes and water sports as well as local shops and restaurants to enjoy all year round.
Budleigh Salterton & Beach - Budleigh Salterton, commonly known locally as "Budleigh", is a seaside town on the coast in East Devon, England, approximately 15 miles (24 km) south-east of Exeter and 8 miles (13 km) east of Exmouth. It forms part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, recognised for its geological exposures spanning the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods
Sidmouth Beach - Sidmouth lies on the Jurassic Coast and the coastline is dominated by the vivid red sandstone cliff which date back to the Triassic period. Along the front is the Millennium Walkway which stretches the length of the beach, which is made of pebbles, providing the perfect background for an afternoon stroll. Sidmouth Beach is a perfect family friendly beach
Otterton - Otterton is a village and civil parish in East Devon, England. The parish lies on the English Channel and is surrounded clockwise from the south by the parishes of East Budleigh, Bicton, Colaton Raleigh, Newton Poppleford and Harpford and Sidmouth.
Branscombe Beach - The Devon village of Branscombe is found on the South coast of Devon between Seaton and Sidmouth and is one of the most relaxing and picturesque villages on Jurassic Coastline. Believed to be the longest village in the country, the streets sweep down through the stunning valley to the sea, lined with colourful cottages and thatched buildings.
Beer Beach - On the edge of the South West Coast Path, Beer has some of the most stunning coastal walks in the county, one of the best being from Seaton to Beer with dramatic views across the Jurassic Coastline. Beer was also named recently by Countryfile as the Top Picnic spot in the UK from Jubilee Gardens at the top of the headland, chose for its stunning view of the beach and village from the hillside.
Seaton Beach - Whether you are looking for interesting attractions, wanting to explore stunning natural landscapes, experience thrilling outdoor activities, or just wanting somewhere to stay, eat or shop, you’ll find it all in Seaton. Sitting at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, with the South West Coast Path and Seaton Wetlands Nature Reserve within walking distance, Seaton’s beautiful scenery and natural environment are a joy to explore.
Lyme Regis - Lyme Regis is a small town often referred to as the ‘pearl of Dorset’. Lyme Regis has breathtaking scenery and is known most as being the birthplace of Mary Anning, a renowned palaeontologist and it remains one of the best and most popular destinations anywhere in the world for fossil hunting. The town boasts a selection of beaches, including East Cliff, Town Beach, Church Cliff and Monmouth Beach. Monmouth beach is best for fossil hunting, whereas Church cliff is fantastic for rockpooling and even a spot of fishing when the tide is right. During the summer months Town Beach is popular amongst families thanks to the sheltered stretch of sand which is ideal for making sandcastles.
Charmouth - Charmouth is a traditional seaside village located on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, just a couple of miles east from Lyme Regis. It is relatively small in size, however there is an excellent selection of quaint shops to peruse. You will find everything you need for your stay in Dorset including a pharmacy, post office, bakers and butchers. The beach is largely unspoilt, which makes it an excellent destination for fossil hunting. Visitors are encouraged to learn more about the Jurassic Coast and the creatures that once inhabited its shoreline at the Charmouth Coast Heritage Centre, which is just a couple of minutes walk away. Here you will be able participated in guided fossil walks, and learn more about fossils through interactive displays.
